the ground floor room was grea,t if you enjoy waking up to breakfast chaos. I definitely expected some complimentary perks for this inconvenience. and the reception staff, absolutely not friendly—they should take a hospitality course, maybe. The aircon is stuck at 24C, what an experience! almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t.

I loved the easy access to beautiful walking paths along the coast and the nearby Lido Bathing Complex, where I spent several afternoons soaking in the sun and enjoying views of the ocean and gardens. the hotel is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, including a few cozy spots just steps away that made my dining experiences exceptional.

Brekkie was a total winner, fresh fruits and every kinda egg you can imagine! The sunsets from our room were just out of this world, proper magical vibes, ja. Chill time at the pool and hot tub was top-notch after exploring.
Might've been a bit far from the main attractions, but taxis were easy-peasy to grab.

Room location mattered more. being near breakfast chaos or kitchen noise isn’t ideal!!! Maintenance schedules should be clearer. guests couldn’t enjoy the main pool!!! The atmosphere could be lighter. evening entertainment misses the mark!!!

Family with children a great choice!
We had a lovely experience overall. The kids loved the pools and the grounds were well-kept, plenty of space for them to play.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what we got.
